The data catalogue (get_data() /
get_data_sources() / get_providers()) now
reads the CSV bundled with the package instead of the remote copy, so
catalogue queries always match the installed code and work offline
(CRAN-safe); use options(geoidep = <url>) for a
custom catalogue. The reader also accepts both ;- and
,-separated files.
The vignette degrades gracefully when the INEI/Geobosque services are unreachable (live chunks are skipped with a note instead of failing).

New: IGP seismic catalogs via get_igp_seismic_data()
— downloads the instrumental (1960-present) and
historic (1471-1959) catalogs from the IGP seismic data
repository (https://ultimosismo.igp.gob.pe/repositorio/datos-sismicos)
with the same filters as the web form (dates, magnitude, depth) and
returns an sf POINT layer (EPSG:4326) clipped to any
user-supplied polygon (its bounding box is used internally to narrow the
download). The XLSX response is parsed with base R only, so no
additional package is required.
