Bundled GlycoMotif annotations
==============================

The internal motif annotations in R/sysdata.rda are derived from the
GlycoMotif resource:

The snapshot incorporated into this package on 2026-07-07 contains the
GlyGen Motifs, CCRC Motifs, GlyTouCan Motifs, GlycoEpitope Epitopes,
Glydin, Glydin - BiOligo, Glydin - Cermav, Glydin - Cummings,
Glydin - Hayes, Glydin - SugarBind, UniCarbKB Motifs, and All Motifs
collections.

GlyGen applies the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International
(CC BY 4.0) license to its database sets:
