This is a minor release
A new function bibi() has been added. This function
allows to discriminate between sequential and ping-pong mechanisms and
estimates the kinetic parameters of enzyme-catalyzed Bi-Bi
reactions.
Equations (3) and (4) in this vignette were originally incomplete. Now, they have been corrected.
